About Science Education
Our Expertise
With years of experience as a science teacher, I specialize in various fields including biology, chemistry, and physical science. My goal is to enhance educational outcomes through tailored consulting services.
About Me
After retiring from teaching science for over 25 years, I worked for Oakhill Technology where we developed assessment items (questions for the tests) for all subjects and grade levels for the state of Texas.
I mostly did science assessment--item development, test development, and analyzing the statistics after field testing.
I then went to work at the Texas Education Agency.
So as a science education consultant I offer:
Curriculum science development (writing activities for the different chapters of science books)
Laboratory exercises
Test Key Developer
Develop chapter test questions for college biology I books
Write assessment items for many state level tests given to K-12 students.
(The items are written according to the state standards which include the Next Generation Science standards.)
